Minitremu Art Camp #8

The camp is intended for theoretical, real or vocational high school students and students in their first years of college. It is a pretext to talk, through art, about current topics in contemporary society and any other topics that interest you. It takes place in a relaxed atmosphere where openness and critical observation, debate and artistic reflection of any kind are encouraged.

This year's edition has as its theme "Nature" from the perspective of environmental humanities, with workshops supported by Irina Gheorghe, Ana Kun & Noemi Hügel, Alexandru Ciobotă & Raluca Rusu (Studio Peisaj) and Andrei Becheru. With the participation of the Sound Archive.

In addition to the workshops, various events are organized ahead of time or spontaneously – visits and guided tours in exhibitions, proximity trips, art and education book exhibitions, film viewing, DIY-party, relaxation days, other meetings in the context Timișoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture.

The context of the camp will be given by the exhibition "Now, the impetus is to live" Timișoara edition, organized within the C4R (Cultures for Resilience) project, by tranzit.ro, in collaboration with Atelier d'Architecture Autogérée ( FR), Casco Art Institute (NL), Nethood (CH) and in partnership with the Romanian Order of Architects.
