The project, which will be carried out in Arad and Timișoara throughout 2023, aims to develop a cultural ecosystem that supports education in dealing with current crises (climate, energy, political, epidemiological, etc.) and creating strategies for a sustainable future by valorising the critical and emancipatory role of art and the innovative role of new technologies.
As part of the project, we will organise a series of events open to the general public, including the Post-education conference, which will bring together art theorists, philosophers, educators, etc., exhibitions by students and pupils from Arad, Timișoara and Bucharest, open-air idea workshops, several cultural mediation sessions at the Arad Museum Complex, and pilot pedagogy workshops with artists from home and abroad.
Post-education. The Doar Mâine Association implements the Crisis Pedagogies project from Arad in partnership with the following main partners: the Arad Museum Complex; the "Sabin Drăgoi" Art College in Arad; the Design Faculty at the "Aurel Vlaicu" University in Arad; the organisations from Linz, Time's up! and DARV Collective.
